［作品内容］
トップカバーに大きな鱗紋様をイメージした吉祥文様。
アンダーボディには「魚には水を」とArt026 藍閃岩礁(らんせんがんしょう)をアンダー全面に施しました。

1、彩(いろどり)
2、辻ヶ花(つじがはな)
3、紺青白波(こんじょうしらなみ)
の下地柄とそれぞれを表現する熱及び陽極酸化膜であるのと、新年を祝う干支をイメージしてるので明るい酸化膜で形成しました。
特に紺青白波の波頭は白に近い薄黄色を本来狙いますが、熱酸化膜にて［黄、緑、橙、桃、青］と波頭をカラフルにしてみました。

アンダーボディには［水］を表現するのに過去製作した［Art-series 026 藍閃岩礁］で青みを多く表現しました。

［商品の命名として］
２０２５年十二支の巳を現す柄として「鱗紋様」を選択。
鱗文は蛇の鱗を見立てており、脱皮するイメージから古来より「再生」「魔除け」「厄除け」の意味がこめられてます。
この紋様を新年らしく それぞれの柄を明るい彩りで表現したので、［鱗紋 彩かさね］(Uroko_mon  Aya_kasane)と命名しました。

「この作品を製作した思い」
今回 作品への構想として、紺青白波(こんじょうしらなみ)の波頭をカラフルに表現したらどんな風になるのかな？  ...と
ふと思い浮かんだので、新年にちなんだ おめでたい吉祥文様づくしの一コマに採用できたらと、夏頃からデザインを考えていたアイデアです。工法的に難易度の高い柄併せではあるものの 修正を繰り返し 良い仕上がりとなりました。

製作時の注意点として、
酸化膜の形成条件毎に下地柄を彫りおこして 一コマが仕上がったら、次の条件の下地柄を彫って進めて行かなければならない！
これには当然、柄の配置やアンダーボディ、水路周りを含めて条件の整理と不要な酸化膜剥がしの方法(治具)などで組み立てて行きますが、頭の中だけで構想を練っているので工数が多くなると勘違いもしやすい。
今回このような部分も含めて製作過程通り上手く進んだ作品でもある。

本来しっかりと図案や行程を記しておけば再処理の無駄も最小限に防げるが、枠に嵌め込んでまで綺麗に仕上げる意思もなく 歪みや勘違いによる行き詰まりもプラス変わることもあり、伸び伸びとビットや電極筆を走らせる方が自然で楽しい作品となる。

十干：乙(きのと)
困難があっても紆余曲折しながら進む、しなやかに伸びる草木を表す。

十二支：巳(み)
蛇を現し古来より豊穣や金運を司る神様として祀られる。

干支：乙巳（きのとみ）
干支42番目の年、多くの人にとって成長と結実の時期となり、
「乙」は未だ発展途上の状態を表し、「巳」は植物が最大限まで成長した状態を意味します。この組み合わせは、これまでの努力や準備が実を結び始める時期を示唆してると言われます。

トップカバー前方と水路には、濃いめの黄色で酸化膜をあしらい「金運」も高められるように祈願してます。

[Work content]
The top cover features an auspicious motif inspired by large scales.
The underbody is decorated with Art026 Ransen_Gansyo, with the motto "fish need water."

The scale pattern is made up of three large triangles. From the back...

3. Konjo Shiranami
The base pattern and the heat and anodic oxidation film that express each pattern are made with a bright oxide film, as they represent the Japanese zodiac that celebrate the new year.
In particular, the wave crest of Konjo Shiranami is originally intended to be a pale yellow close to white, but the heat oxidation film makes the wave crest colorful with [yellow, green, orange, pink, and blue].

To represent "water" on the underbody, I used a lot of blue from the previously produced "Art-series 026 Ransen_Gansyo."

[Product name]
The "Urokomon(鱗紋)" was chosen to represent the snake(巳), the Japanese zodiac for 2025.
The scale pattern resembles a snake's scales, and because of the image of it shedding its skin, it has since ancient times been imbued with the meanings of "rebirth," "warding off evil," and "warding off misfortune."
Each pattern is expressed in bright colors to suit the New Year, so the pattern has been named "Urokomon_Ayakasane."

[ Thoughts on the work］
This time, I was thinking about how it would look if I expressed the crests of the "Konjo Shiranami" wave in a colorful way. I had been thinking about the design since the summer, and I thought it would be nice to use it in a scene filled with auspicious and auspicious patterns related to the New Year. Although it is a difficult pattern combination from a technical standpoint, I made repeated revisions and finally came up with a good result.

One thing to keep in mind when making this is that
I have to carve out a base pattern for each oxide film formation condition, and once one frame is finished, I have to proceed by carving out the base pattern for the next condition!
Of course, this involves organizing the conditions, including the pattern placement, underbody, and around the waterways, and putting together a method (jig) for removing unnecessary oxide films, but as this is all planned out in my head, it's easy to make mistakes when the work hours increase.
This is one piece that went well according to the production process, including these aspects.

In reality, if I carefully write down the design and steps, I can minimize wasteful reprocessing, but if I don't have any intention of finishing it neatly by fitting it into a frame, and getting stuck in a deadlock due to distortion or misunderstandings can be a positive thing, then letting the bit and electrode brush run freely will result in a more natural and enjoyable work.

Jikkan(十干): Kinoto(乙)
Represents vegetation that grows gracefully and continues to move forward despite difficulties, taking twists and turns.

Junisi(十二支): Snake(巳). Representing a snake, it has been worshipped since ancient times as a god of fertility and wealth.

Japanese zodiac: Kinotomi(乙巳)
The 42nd year of the Japanese zodiac, it will be a time of growth and fruition for many people,
where "kinoto(乙)" represents a state of still development, and "mi(巳)" represents a plant that has reached its full potential. This combination is said to suggest a time when all your efforts and preparations will begin to bear fruit.
