［作品内容］
トップカバーに地紋 三種を切り返しで配置し、地紋繋がりのリフレッシュで砂子を浅彫で一帯配置！ 
後方の背面及び下部面にも砂子帯を配置して、地紋には浅いウネリを全体に施した。

砂子帯以外は極力磨き処理で光沢をだし、明るい酸化膜で全体を彩るように熱酸化膜で形成した。
.
ここで 何故明るい多色の酸化膜でまとめるのは 非常に難易度が高いかを説明します。
.
熱を加えると当然 素材の厚みで蓄熱量が変わり 酸化膜厚みも変わります。  素材厚みの薄い箇所(特にボディ前方の水路からカバー中央) から熱酸化膜が形成され色が進みます。
例えば薄い箇所が黄色まで形成されても、分厚い箇所(ボディ後方)はまだ茶色程度となります。後方にもっと熱を蓄えさせると 当然 その熱は前方箇所に熱伝導しますので 後方が青色、黄色まで色づいた時 前方は桃、緑まで進んでおり 後方を明るい黄色から緑色まで形成させるために熱を加え続けると 前方は緑色以上に形成され 灰色近くまでくすんでしまいます。
一旦 全体を青色までコントロールして熱酸化膜を形成することにより、更なる高温焼き付け時のばらつきを低減させます。

彩を冠としているので、緑以上の膜(分厚い酸化膜)になりクスませないように、一旦 ブルーを全体に形成した後 明るい黄色、桃色、青色、緑色でまとまる様に注意を払った！  砂子帯は青色を形成した時に剥離して アクセントで茶色ベースで止まるように焼き付け。

［商品の命名として］
この明るい楽しそうな彩り豊かなボディと五種の地紋で配置したので 「彩 変わり地紋」 と命名しました。

「この作品を製作した思い」
アートシリーズ初期では 光沢のある熱酸化膜を施したモデルもありましたが、
明確な資料が残ってる「014 Rough blue」以降では製作していなかったので 単純な焼き付けで終わらぬよう思案に時間がかかった。
明るい色あいの槌目大小柄と波柄。そして燻んだ茶色の砂子帯が良いアクセントになった。

[Work content]
Three types of patterns are arranged on the top cover in a cutaway, and a band of shallowly carved sand is placed to refresh the connection of the patterns! 
A band of sand is also placed on the back and bottom surface of and the entire pattern has a shallow ripple.

All areas except for the sand band have been polished to a high shine, and a bright oxide film has been applied over the entire surface using a thermal oxide film.
.
Here I will explain why it is so difficult to create a bright, multi-colored oxide film.
.
When heat is applied, the amount of heat stored changes depending on the thickness of the material, and the thickness of the oxide film also changes. The thermal oxide film forms in the areas where the material is thin (especially from the water channel at the front of the body to the center of the cover), and the color progresses.
For example, even if the thin parts have turned yellow, the thick parts (rear of the body) will still be brown. If you store more heat in the rear, it will naturally be transferred to the front, so when the rear has turned blue and yellow, the front will have progressed to pink and green. If you continue to add heat to turn the rear from bright yellow to green, the front will turn greener and become duller, almost gray.
By first controlling the entire surface to a blue color and forming a thermal oxide film, we can reduce variation during further high-temperature baking.

Because of the bright, cheerful, colorful body and the five different patterns, we named it "Irodori Kawarijimon."

[Thoughts on this piece]
The bright colors of the hammered large and small patterns and wave patterns, and the smoky brown sand obi are a nice accent.
